Your Right to Cancel

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item in your order.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the cancellation period expires. You can do this by:

We will process your cancellation request promptly and confirm receipt.

Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Goods must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if that loss is the result of unnecessary handling.
